Curiosity and a life-long love of learning have served me over the years.

After nine years of active Air Force service as a Russian linguist and operational analyst, I transferred to the Reserves and took a job in Corporate America where I blended the discipline and hard-work ethics I learned from the military with a new appreciation for entrepreneurial excitement.

Since then I’ve had stints back on active duty (twice deployed as a combat analyst, serving the AF Chief of Staff in his analysis branch, and as a professor at the Air Force Academy), consulting independently, and further corporate work (most recently as the Director of Customer Experience at HP, Inc.) that have convinced me that our best experiences are often those we never expected.

The blend of military tenacity and real-world practical corporate experience, I believe, is what makes my services so valuable to organizations of all stripes.  When combined with a personal approachability and ease in front of any audience, I have found open doors often lead to great partner successes and enduring relationships.

I’m a CXPA Certified Customer Experience Professional, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified Scrum Master, a ‘recovering’ PMP® and ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, and hold Master’s Degrees in Operations Research as well as Operational Military Arts and Sciences.  With over 26 years of service, I’m currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Air Force Reserves, and can’t wait to speak with you about where you’d like your organization to go!
